By accessing or using Snapafont ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Snapafont.

2. Description of Service

Snapafont is an AI-powered font generation platform that enables users to extract and recreate typefaces from any image. Core capabilities include:

• Font generation: Upload any image containing text and receive a downloadable .ttf font file reconstructed from the visible letterforms using AI.
• Font preview: Test and preview generated fonts directly in the browser before downloading.
• Font management: Rename, share, and manage your generated fonts from your dashboard.

The Service is provided for personal and commercial creative use.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snapafont only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Upload designs, images, or content that you do not own or do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service to generate fonts from images you do not own or do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in ways that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use AI-generated outputs from the Service to mislead, deceive, or misrepresent their origin.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to Snapafont and all fonts generated from them. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant Snapafont a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service — generating and delivering your font files.

The Snapafont platform, including its name, logo, interface, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Snapafont and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. AI Processing & Accuracy

Snapafont uses artificial intelligence to analyse letterforms and generate font files from uploaded images. While we strive for high accuracy, all AI outputs are provided on an "as is" basis and results may vary depending on the complexity, quality, and legibility of the text in your uploaded image. We do not guarantee that generated fonts will be a perfect match to the original typeface or suitable for any specific purpose.

7. Credits & Billing

Downloading a generated font requires a one-time payment per font. All payments are processed securely. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Data Retention

Uploaded files and processed outputs are stored securely in your Snapafont account and remain accessible to you for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual files or your entire account at any time. Upon account deletion, your files and associated data will be permanently removed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapafont shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service is harmful. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
